At Sunny ADHC, we’re a licensed and Medi-Cal certified community-based program providing the Hemet, East Hemet, San Jacinto, Menifee and surrounding communities a variety of health, therapeutic, and social services to medically, socially, and/ or psychologically eligible adults. We are licensed to serve 200 participants daily—complementing the care received at home by offering a special place for your loved one to receive care that will prolong their independence while obtaining medically based services.

Our skilled team of nursing, social services, physical therapist, occupation therapist, activity director, psychologist, registered dietitian, and a speech therapist will meet your loved one individual plan of care.

Sunny ADHC is Licensed by the California Department of Health Services and certified by the Department of Aging.
